This self paced course was perfect for me as I prepped for my first pre-school photo day! Jenny tells all on how to run a smooth photo day to delivering images. The information she provides is great for anyone starting out or just needing some guidance on how to get it done. Highly recommend!

And yes, I wish I could have included an actual school too but between privacy issues and wanting to give the kids my full attention on picture day, it just wasn’t possible. My amazing models were the next best thing.

I’m very picky about which course I invest in, even if it’s at an introductory price. I am so glad I invested in this course. Worth every penny! This was a comprehensive and well-organized course. I feel ready to launch a school photography business. Like Jenny, I was originally planning to have school photography supplement my photography business, but after taking her class, I’m now contemplating going full-time with school photography. Jenny thoroughly and willingly answers any and all questions so you don’t feel like you’re being ignored, which I truly appreciated.

While the course does include videos of an outdoor sample shoot and a garage sample shoot, the subjects were models. I would have loved to have seen videos from an actual school shoot, as if I was a fly on the wall. I’m very visual and seeing the “big picture” of how a shoot is run throughout the day would have been so helpful. However, I do understand this may not have been possible for the security of the kids.

I’m blown away by the amount of content included in this course! I’ve been doing school photography for 7 years, but I love to see how other photographers run their businesses, so I bought this to see what I might learn. I honestly can’t believe how much information Jenny included, and if I’d had this course 7 years ago I could have saved myself from so many mistakes that I made from trial and error. This class is a gold mine of information for anyone who wants to move into school photography, or for people like myself who want to improve our current processes. 100% recommend!

I am sooooo glad that I signed up for this course! I have always wanted to get into school portraits but felt overwhelmed by all the logistics. Jenny broke down every step in this course into bite sizes and it is so easy to follow along. Now I feel that I have an action plan and ready to get my hands on school portraits! I also absolutely love the video format of the course!

This breakout has been so helpful! Although I feel like I may not ever sign up to an entire school it has been very beneficial for my garage school portraits. The ordering section was an eye opener. Thank you for all the great tips and pointers!! I highly recommend this course for everyone!
