Hi Leslie, this looks like a fab course! How much of the posing is directed towards the guys?
Hi, Danielle, thanks for your comment! Equal time is spent on guys’ and girls’ posing, and there are also gender-neutral poses as well. I hope that was helpful!
I have been dabbling in Senior portrait sessions and felt a little “hit or miss” with my results. After taking Leslie’s course, I felt so much more confident as she shared so thoroughly and generously her talent and knowledge. I particularly benefited from the location section and the editing section. I cannot recommend this course enough. I might add that following taking Leslie’s course, I’m now approaching my senior sessions a little differently and really enjoying them more and getting better results. Oh, thank you, Neasa! I’m so happy to know that the course helped you in your work and business! I really appreciate your review and recommendation!
This course is excellent! Leslie explains and shows a lot of content clearly and calmly and humbly. She’s a true pro: an artist and businesswoman. I most appreciated posing tips and editing for skin tones (and lots more) both in Lightroom and Photoshop. You get a lot for your money here. I know I’ll refer back to this course as I continue to develop my business.
Katherine, thank you! ❤️ I am really happy to know you enjoyed the course, and your sweet words totally made my day!
I was on Chapter 3 and felt that this course is worth 10 x what I paid! The course is comprehensive and very well done. I was inspired to create a FAQ page on my website. Thanks for including the editing portion because I learned a lot from it. Great job Leslie! I will definitely review this course many times.
Awesome, Margie – thank you so much! I am really happy to know the course helped you and your kind words mean a lot to me!
This self-paced course is so thoughtfully laid out and wonderfully comprehensive. Each step of the process from onboarding clients, to location scouting and even product reviews is clearly defined and easy to follow. Thank you, Laura! It means a lot to me to know you got so much out of the course. I really appreciate your kind words!
I absolutely LOVED this class!! The videos were the perfect length and I devoured every one. Leslie was so perfectly herself as I watched her edit- she had me laughing as she whispered, “I promise I am almost done”…She expained everything so well and matter of factly that I was easily able to follow and understand what she was doing. I would love to see her give a LR class…she showed me things on masking that I have been struggling with for a long time. Definitely take this class! You will be so glad you did!
Oh, Angela, this means so much to me (especially the fact that you laughed… hahaha!!!)! Thanks so much and I am really happy to know that you got so much from the class!

I am devouring this course! I previously had taken The Artful Headshot from Leslie and learned so much from her. I knew that I had to jump into The Art and Business of Senior Photography the moment it was released. There is so much wonderful content in the PDF and the videos are done so well. I love how Leslie breaks everything down for you and not only covers the session (location, light, session flow, prep) but also teaches about the business side of it. She is such a joy to watch and listen to which makes the course even better. The PDF is beautiful and full of her incredible work. If you are thinking of diving into senior photography or are already doing it, I highly recommend this incredible course! You will not be disappointed.
Thank you, Dallas! I am just thrilled that you’re getting a lot out of the course, and your kind words mean so, so much to me. I am very grateful for your presence in class and for this review!

I’ve taken lots of Click Photo School classes over the years and The Art and Business of Senior Photography is one of the best. Leslie holds nothing back! I loved the video where she shows you around her own town to location scout explaining what she looks for in each spot. She also shares multiple behind the scenes photo shoots with both senior girls and boys and her voice over gives lots of tips regarding posing, lighting, etc. Currently, I’m still working through her excellent editing videos. They are in depth and involve full edits starting in Lightroom and often ending in Photoshop with TONS of amazing tips to get beautiful rich edits. The end of the course covers senior business related items. The pdf is 100 pages long and packed with great info. I’m so happy I purchased this course!
Oh Jill, I really appreciate this kind and detailed review! Thank you so much. And I am thrilled to know you got a lot out of the course!
