You’ll learn to find the beauty in the mundane, developing your creativity and bringing new life to your photography. With the right skills, you can make even the most ordinary location look like the perfect location!
This course is suited for all levels of photography and a variety of genres.
To get the most out of this workshop, students should be comfortable using their cameras in manual mode and have a basic understanding of exposure. It is also helpful to have knowledge base of editing skills in Lightroom or ACR/Photoshop or both.

Sarah Gupta is a natural light photographer who uses dark and light contrasts to create depth. She is drawn to environmental portraiture, lifestyle photography, fine art and nature, and loves layering color and tones to create soft transitions in her imagery. Through her passion of painting and drawing, she discovered a love of photography. She is a Clickin Moms Mentor who lives on the prairie of SE Minnesota with her husband, son and many furry kids.
how it works
Full Participation students engage in an interactive online classroom experience that includes instructor-led group discussions and detailed, personalized guidance for the duration of the workshop. Full participation students post their assignments in the workshop and receive critique each week.
Study Along students have access to all materials and are able to view all content and conversation in the main workshop. Study along students will not be able to ask the instructor questions or request instructor feedback on their assignments, but they can follow along with instructor critiques of the Full Participation assignments.
Class content is organized into simple steps as part of a clear, self-guided pathway inside your private online classroom, so you can check off each interactive step as you go.
